A comfortable small reading chair, the Eames Organic chair was made as a contribution to MoMA�s "Organic Design in Home Furnishings" competition in 1940. In the 1950s, it became possible to manufacture large quantities of organically shaped seat-shells. Our products are high-quality reproductions of the original design and are available in a variety of fabric and wood combinations.
