Yes you can collect your products from our showroom in London. Just select "collect from UK showroom" as the delivery option on the checkout page and our customer service team will call you when you products are ready to collect. Our showroom address is 1D Shelford Place, London, N16 9HS.

Swivel UK understand that customers investing in furniture and lighting with a high value may require further information or prefer to speak to a real person when placing an order. All our staff are fully trained with many years experience and will be happy to help with any request.
Yes, you have the right to return any in stock product you have bought from SWIVEL UK within 7 days of receiving your products. Made to order items are non returnable.
This applies as long as you are buying as a private customer. Trade customers are not covered by the right to return.
If you wish to make use of the right of return, please log into your Swivel UK online account and select the returns option. Here you will be taken through the returns procedure, with the ability to upload images if needed. The products must be returned in their original packaging – including any protective packaging such as wooden frames etc.
The customer is responsible for covering the return cost of the unwanted products. This can be arrange by our courier or by the customer. If you are arranging your own return please make sure adequate insurance is purchased
As soon as we receive the goods back, we will transfer the amount due to your account within 14 working days, minus any courier fees where applicable.

the EU, UK VAT will automatically be deducted from your invoice.
For residents
outside the EU Once your products reach their country of destination, the local (national)
VAT has to be cleared and paid before the goods can continue on to their ultimate
destination. The process is very straight forward – all you have to do is pay the local VAT
and duty when contacted by the shipping company. Once the goods has been done the goods will
be release and the shipping company will call you to agree a delivery date.
SWIVEL UK provide a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all of its products. While we always try to replace defective products, we reserve the right to settle any complaint cases by refunding the product’s purchase price. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act.
Yes Swivel UK have 100's or products constantly being added to the website. The process can take a while but these products are available to purchase even if we have not added them to the website yet. If you would like to be kept up to date with these new products please sign up to our news letter. As well as being notified of new products we will keep you posted with special offers and on-line sales.
It is easy to order products from SWIVEL UK. Simply select the desired options and quantity of the product you want to purchase and then click on the ‘+ add to cart’ button.
This takes you to your Shopping Basket, where you can choose either to ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Once in the checkout, you will be asked to enter your details (which can be used to create an account, if you wish) and the delivery address, if this differs from your own. You then choose your method of payment and review your order (with the option of changing it).
Once you have selected your product options the delivery time will be clearly indicated before you go to the checkout.
We sell both in stock and made to order products, so the delivery times can vary. If you place an order consisting of a mixture of made to order and in stock products we will always ask you if you want the whole order together or the items in stock to be delivered first. .

Swivel UK sources materials all over the world. Our wood is imported from America, the wool and cashmere from Denmark, Leather and Marble from Italy. Our products are assembled at our factory in Asia.
We can accept payment for orders through the following channels:
Bank Transfer – You have the option to make payment via bank transfer. Our bank information can be found in the checkout and also on the order confirmation which is automatically sent to your e-mail address when you have completed your order.
Credit and Debit Card – Swivel UK accept all major debit and credit card including American Express in the UK. All payments are carried out through an encrypted connection, ensuring 100% security and keeping your details private.
