Returns are available for all in stock items.

Returns are charged at the following rates.

Small items being returned by DPD - £40 per package*

Medium or Fragile Items one a single pallet - £100

Large Items taking a double pallet - £200

In the event that you change your mind, and wish to return an order once it has arrived, contact us on contact@swiveluk.com or on 0207 100 7454 and we will arrange for it to be collected. It is your responsibility to make sure any products returned are in a pristine and saleable condition. Please note that you need to keep all original packaging, including the wooden pallet. If you have disposed of it, we can supply a pallet for a fee, but you will need to source suitable packaging.

*DPD will not take items larger than 1m in length, a single box must weigh less that 18kg and not be made of marble or glass.

Once the goods have arrived at Swivel UK, in a pristine and sale-able condition, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.

Items that are made to order cannot be returned or cancelled after they are put in production.

Items that have been installed, used or assembled also cannot be returned.
