Once your order has been placed with Swivel UK we will send you a confirmation email. If it is in stock, an email containing the tracking number or courier details will be sent to you as soon as the goods have been dispatched. If the item is not in stock you will receive an email notification within 48 hours, along with the expected date of arrival. Closer to the time of arrival Swivel UK will email you again with details of the expected delivery week at your address.
The products will be delivered to the address provided on your order form. If this should need changing for any reason you must notify us before it has been sent. Heavy items will be delivered to the front of the building only. The driver will not bring the goods inside your home. This is because pallet delivery companies do not insure their drivers to enter private property and therefore, can only deliver to the ground floor and outside of the building. Heavy items will require 2 or more people to be present on delivery.
Failed deliveries because of not being able to access the property, either due to size of product or owner not being present on the agreed day will result in a re-delivery charge in some circumstances. Please pay close attention to any communication from our courier partners e.g. 'Delivery Attempted' cards or voicemail messages as they may require you to contact their offices directly in order to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Failure to respond to their communication will result in a re-delivery charge.
When the courier arrives you must check the goods in front of the driver and if damaged you must refuse delivery. Importantly, if the box is damaged in any way you must write 'Damaged Box' on the driver's consignment note before accepting the goods. This is insurance for you as well as us. If you do not do this, then you have agreed that the goods have arrived with you in perfect condition and we have no way of claiming for any damage from the courier company. In the event of the courier refusing you to inspect the goods you must always write damaged box on the consignment note this will enable you to send back the goods free of charge if the item is damaged. Please notify us immediately (within 24 Hours) if the order has arrived damaged in any way, or if you have been refused inspection of the order.
Stock items will usually be delivered within 1-4 working days, but can take up to 10 days to arrive. Non-stock products can take between 12-18 weeks to arrive and customs options between 16-30 Weeks. Orders that are not in stock are put into production at our factories within 7 days of your order. Once the order is in production the order cannot be cancelled. Please call us on +44(0) 207 100 7454 for an expected delivery date before ordering if the time scale is of utmost importance to you.
You may cancel your order with us up to the end of the seventh day from the date your order was placed, providing your order has not already been sent. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing to contact@swiveluk.com quoting your name and Invoice number. A full refund will be given. Orders that are not in stock are put into production at our factories within 7 days of your order. Once the order is in production the order cannot be cancelled.
